Q: How should I backup my NAS?

There are several ways to backup ASUSTOR NAS:
1. Local backup: You can backup your ASUSTOR NAS data to an external USB hard drive or another ASUSTOR NAS using the built-in Backup & Restore app on ADM (ASUSTOR Data Master) operating system. This allows you to create a local backup of your NAS data that can be easily restored if needed.

2. Cloud backup: ASUSTOR NAS supports a variety of cloud backup services, such as Amazon S3, Dropbox, Google Drive, and more. You can configure the cloud backup service of your choice in the Backup & Restore app and create a cloud backup of your NAS data.

3. Remote backup: ASUSTOR NAS also supports remote backup to another ASUSTOR NAS or any other remote server via FTP, Rsync, or Cloud Sync. This allows you to create a backup of your NAS data at a remote location for added protection.

4. Snapshot backup: ASUSTOR NAS also supports snapshot backup, which creates point-in-time copies of your data. This allows you to roll back to a previous version of your data in case of accidental deletion or corruption.
