Q: What should I do if ADM initialization fails?

If you are experiencing system installation(Initialization) failure, please proceed following steps to  troubleshooting the problem:
1. Clear browser cache and see if it's caused by the cache issue.
2. Press the power button to force shutdown and power on the NAS and try again.
3. Change different hard drives to proceed initialization, please make sure you are using compatible hard drive to avoid compatibility issues, you can find the compatible hard drive models in this link:
