Q: How to know if the file has been accessed

By default, the file access log is disabled.  

It can be enabled and configured with specific protocols in ADM → System Information → Log → Preference.  

To enable the File Access Log, save it to the desired path under the Archive tab, and select the protocols that need to be monitored.  

The system will then generate a file access log in the configured path.
