Q: What should I do if my AS67 series NAS cannot power on?

If your AS67 series NAS model encounters the issue where no LEDs are on when you press the power button, it might be caused by a CMOS error. Removing the button battery on the mainboard and reinstalling it after 1 minute might fix the issue.








If the issue persists after removing and reinstalling the battery, please contact technical support for further assistance.
