Q: Docker app troubleshooting

When installing Docker-related applications, the system will create virtual network interfaces. This means that if multiple applications are installed, unexpected conflicts may occur.

For troubleshooting, the recommended steps are:

  1. Uninstall the problematic application.

  2. Open File Explorer in ADM and navigate to /docker.

  3. Locate the folder with the application’s name and remove it.

  4. Reinstall the application and check if the issue is resolved.

If the application data does not have an external backup, you may alternatively rename the application’s folder under /docker (for example, to /docker/dockerappbackup). After reinstalling the application and confirming it works normally, you can restore the data from within the application interface.
