Q: How do I reconnect to a Wi-Fi network if the password has changed?

If the NAS cannot reconnect to the wireless network after the Wi-Fi password has been changed, you may need to reset the stored wireless configuration before reconnecting.

  1. Connect to the NAS via SFTP or SSH.
  2. Navigate to the following directory:
/volume0/usr/etc/
  1. Remove the stored wireless configuration file wpa_supplicant.conf.
  2. Disconnect and reconnect the USB Wi-Fi adapter.
  3. Configure the Wi-Fi connection again in ADM.
