How to Participate

  1. ASUSTOR collects, uses, discloses and otherwise treats the personal information of participants with great consideration. Information provided will only be used for selecting and contacting the winner.
  2. ASUSTOR will not disclose, rent, sell or otherwise transfer participants’ personal information without their consent, except as otherwise set out in these Terms and Conditions.
  3. The giveaway event will run from now until May 7th at 11:59PM PST. No entries will be taken into consideration after that time.
  4. Winners will be announced May 11th on the ASUSTOR Facebook page.
  5. All winners will be notified by the form/method of contact they provided to ASUSTOR when they initially entered the contest. If contest was entered by filling out a form or by mail, winner will be emailed or called. If the winner does not respond to the notification within: a) five (5) business days for contests entered via a form, email or mail, and social media, another winner will be chosen. Failure to respond within the time frames listed above shall mean that the provisional winner forfeits the prize.
  6. Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings. All winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees as well as all additional costs that may be incurred. Postage fees to the winner will be provided by ASUSTOR.
