​​File Management​​

File tree directory and list display are consistent with the file management list (default filename ascending order), with support for grouped display (external link sharing/my collaboration/collaboration with me/network mounting, etc.);

Document properties panel, added operation menu entry (right-click/click on the icon for easy root directory sharing, etc.); same logic for properties dialog; handling of renaming the current folder;

​​Storage IO Integration Handling​​

Independent IO driver ({shareItemOut:shareID}/...); data source: external site link sharing push, internal collaboration sharing generated after local reception;

IO operations: general IO对接; file list; [file/folder] properties/new/rename/copy/move/delete (optimized handling); file read/write;

File management: list/new/file acquisition/upload/download/delete/copy/move; file open/save (selection/drag-and-drop/copy/paste operations; adaptive permissions);

Request handling: request source site external link sharing interface (independent permission verification); unified error handling (IO error logging);

Adaptive IO permission handling (read/write permission handling; drag-and-drop/new/upload permissions follow the set permissions);

Generate system collaboration sharing (for data storage only), data stored in sharing options (automatically updates user and permission lists);

Accessibility: the receiving end server only needs to access the sending end (no need for bidirectional access);

Other handling: adaptive addition of sk to URLs such as file thumbnails in the file list; when the receiving end uses HTTPS access, some scenarios require the sending end to support HTTPS (preview or editing of image, audio, and video files, browser restrictions);

Information display: collaboration list display with me (list grouping handling; user: external sites); other displays: address bar display, properties panel—collaboration members and permission display;

Switch detection: check whether reception is enabled when receiving; simultaneously check whether the source site has sending enabled;

Limitations: request frequency limit (IP + site); external sharing quantity limit (sending end & receiving end);

Access interface permission verification, when accessed from external sharing, handle according to external sharing permissions (ignore the permissions/password configuration of the external link sharing itself; only retain expiration time; permissions use those set during sharing);

Other handling: when external link sharing disables download but allows preview, ignore external link sharing file encryption processing; optimized error message prompts for sharing (e.g., file cover image error);

Information display: sharing icon display indicates external site sharing is enabled, properties information display;

External link sharing - external joint sharing management: user/site/usage permissions (read-only/read-write)—random password; quick editing; add/remove; site diff updates pushed to the target site (failure prompt handling);

Trusted sites: select external sharing users (organizational structure selection, precise search); multiple site handling (select users/departments); allow obtaining organizational structure | searching users;

External sharing, handling of exceptions when obtaining trusted sites for the first time opening a share;

Model independent JS file; automatic update on selection/deselection; remove object—automatic update on user selection; root directory folder icon distinction, folder icon distinction when favorited;
