Ｑ：Will this event require trade-in of old devices?

This ASUSTOR 13th Anniversary special offer does not require trading in old devices. Simply provide the product serial number to receive the discount. You can continue using your old device for backup purposes.

Ｑ：What if I can’t pick up in-store?

After filling out the form, you may contact the partner store to arrange delivery. Store contact information is available within the form.

Ｑ：Can I change the model I wish to purchase after submitting the form?

Yes, simply modify the form, and the system will automatically update your submission.

The anniversary trade-in event is available exclusively to applicants who complete the form in full between Friday, 2024/12/20, and Monday, 2024/1/20.
ASUSTOR reserves the right to verify eligibility. The purpose of collecting participant information is to confirm identities for the trade-in project. By participating, consumers agree to allow ASUSTOR to use their information to send relevant service updates. Participation in this event signifies agreement to comply with its terms and conditions. In case of any violations, ASUSTOR reserves the right to disqualify participants and pursue damages. ASUSTOR is not liable for delays, losses, errors, or damage to submitted data due to computer, network, telephone, technical, or other issues beyond its control.
