Het Surveillance Center 2.8 ondersteunt alleen Windows-browsers. Gebruikers van macOS moeten in plaats daarvan Surveillance Center 3.0 Beta gebruiken.
Surveillance Center 2.8 en Surveillance Center 3.0 Beta kunnen vanwege conflicten niet tegelijkertijd worden geïnstalleerd. U moet de ene versie verwijderen voordat u de andere installeert.
Surveillance Center 2.8 ondersteunt nu alleen TLS 1.1 wanneer een HTTPS-verbinding wordt gebruikt.

Surveillance Center biedt de mogelijkheid om een reeks IP-camera's centraal te beheren. Via de op het web gebaseerde interface kunt u live beeldfeeds van al uw camera's bewaken en eerder opgenomen video's afspelen. Surveillance Center ondersteunt alle belangrijke bekende cameramerken, zoals Axis, ACTi, ASUS, AVTECH, AirLive, Brickcom, Canon, Corega, Compro, Dahua, Digitus, D-Link, FaceID, INSTAR, LevelOne, Panasonic, PLANET, SONY, VIVOTEK, Y-Cam, ZAVIO, enz.
