  2. How do I unsubscribe from ASUSTOR ID account email services?

    Please unsubscribe from the emails you receive, or contact privacy@asustor.com. Please also note that the unsubscription process may take several business days to complete.

  3. How do I add, edit, or delete my ASUSTOR ID product registration records?

    Add/Edit: Please log in to your ADM/Settings/Registration to make the necessary changes.

    Delete: Please contact privacy@asustor.com

  4. How do I correct or update my ASUSTOR account profile information?

    Please log in to your ASUSTOR account (URL: https://member.asustor.com → Locate “profile” at the top of the page → Edit your profile information
